Courage does not mean that one is not initially afraid of difficult circumstances or change, but that they can face that fear put it behind them so that they may overcome those circumstances and reach a desired outcome.

Life is in constant motion, always expanding or contracting. Facing your fears and allowing yourself to grow in a world that would like to beat you down might be the biggest act of courage you can demonstrate.

Have the courage to face your fears and welcome growth and opportunity. It is your choice to shrink or expand, every day.
