"When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.- Lao Tzu

You are what you think about, speak about and what you do.

You are your habit patterns.

To make a change in your life for the better, you have to give up your old habit patterns for new ones.

Install a new program.

A new set of patterns.

It takes approximately 30 days to break an old habit pattern and install a new one.

Here are some steps to help you.

1. Form the new pattern in your mind

2. Write it down

3. Keep that piece of paper with you at all times and look at it once per hour during the day and any time the old habit pattern shows up.

4. Reward yourself for making the change. Maybe a new outfit, or a new book. Find a little reward for yourself after the 30 days is up and the new habit is formed. Once formed, it will be hard to break!

Let go of your old habit patterns, replace them with new ones, and you can be a better expression of what you were meant to be!
